Most repairs and minor regulation are quite simple and are included in the piano tuning base rate. Isaac has always believed that an all inclusive tuning and service fee is far preferable to nickel and dime charges over small matters. Upon examination of your piano, Isaac will determine if the needed repair is minor, or requires additional time. You decide whether or not you would like to proceed. You will never be charged for repairs you were not informed of.
